Comcentric Hiring for Entry-Level Telecom Recruiter Full Time

We are seeking an Entry-Level Telecommunications Recruiter for a full-time role in Lone Tree, CO.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years’ experience of Telecom experience
• Knowledge of some of the following terminologies (OSI Layer 1-7, TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN/WAN, Hubs, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Transport, OSPF, SD-WAN, DWDM)

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Bonuses

• Training will be provided

About the Job

• You will source, screen, hire and establish/manage strong relationships with other Telecom Professionals.
• You will identify assignments that best fit the candidates location and compensation requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build a network of Telecom & Networking Professionals interested in working on a contract basis.
• Recruit Networking Engineers to help meet Comcentric’s growth objectives.
• Generate leads through referrals, social networking, campaigns, job portals and other avenues.

Requirements:

• Must have telecom or recruiting working experience
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Telecom background
• Knowledge of some of the following terms (OSI Layer 1-7, TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN/WAN, Hubs, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Transport, OSPF, SD-WAN, DWDM)

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
