Job Summary Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Completes programming and implements, tests and debugs defined software components.

Key Technologies:
Java programming language and related frameworks (ex. Spring framework)

Object Oriented Analysis and Design concepts

Any SQL/NoSQL database

Unix/Linux

Any Source control system (Ex. GitHub)

Strong analytical/problem solving skills

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to work in agile/scrum environment

Core Responsibilities

Write, review and edits code. Conducts analysis to resolve integration needs.

Writes and edits documentation, including software design evaluation plans, test results and technical manuals.

Monitors and evaluates driven applications and products. Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.

Works with the Quality Assurance team to settle if applications fit specification and technical requirements.

Applies full use and application of engineering methodologies related to area of engineering specialty.

Displays knowledge of engineering concepts and skills and knowledge of their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Salary:
Pay Range: $61,159.34 – $91,739.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
