Combined Weld is a progressive WA Labour Hire organization, that specialises in the supply of engineering and fabrication trades to the mining and construction industry.
We are looking for a dynamic Administrator to join our growing company located in South Perth.
The Role
· Assisting with telephone and email communications
· Assisting with recruitment administration duties
Ensuring mobilisations are carried out in accordance with Client / Site requirements
Manage the mobilisation process by arranging medicals, training etc.
· Maintain records and data entry
Other general admin duties as required

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent people skills, client services background desirable
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills
Able to adapt well to a changing and intense work environment

Remuneration :
22ph full time base
