We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance & IT Manager to join our friendly team here at Combe Grove. Reporting directly into the MD, you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function, ensuring strong control systems deliver commercial, timely and accurate financial information to all users in the business enabling appropriate monitoring and control. In so doing, ensure that IT solutions are relevant, controlled, managed and are cost-effective.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong leadership skills

· ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified

· Extensive experience of timely and accurate management accounting and reporting

· Significant experience of IT management

· Strong abilities to monitor and manage cashflow

· Experience of running an outsourced payroll

· Flexibility to work across 7 days

· A passion for wellness
