Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, create, and publish digital marketing content.
• Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Measure digital traffic by monitoring activity, analyzing trends, and resolving issues regarding social media channels to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Monitor project status and budget.
• Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest best practices and technologies.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO & Social media channels, etc.) and market research methods.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. Knowledge of WordPress desired.
• Exceptional communication, conversation, and writing skills.
• Must be highly creative and organized, able to establish, follow, and maintain deadlines.

• Must be able to adhere to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.
