Position Summary
The incumbent will work to ensure compliance with records of both confidential and non-confidential information. The Manager will assist the Associate Dean with the creation of strategies to obtain and conduct analyses, write reports, and provides administrative support to the Associate Dean of AEI and to standing and ad hoc committees. The incumbent assists with facilitating the Associate Dean’s relationships with external consultants/partners, along with various departments at the school, including Human Resources and External Relations and Development.
Responsibilities
Assists with strategically creating programs for students at the school to ensuring that they are inclusive to all demographics, and consistent with metrics and feedback from internal and external constituents .. Works to resolve issues or discrepancies that arise and works closely (in conjunction with the Associate Dean) with various departments as well as students, faculty, staff and external constituents.
Assist with the management and coordination of office activities including but not limited to, committee meetings, admissions day, CDM Black Alumni Association activities, student community service activities and all events hosted by the office in partnership with student affairs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 4 years related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in and passion for higher education administration and issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, and a desire to work on a small, high-quality services-oriented team in a start-up phase
Other Requirements
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information, and meet deadlines, along with strong data management and analyses, writing, and editing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
Must have demonstrated planning and project management skills.
The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented, self-starter who anticipates opportunities and challenges, takes initiative to identify and implement creative solutions, and works well under deadlines and pressure.
Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with diverse groups necessary.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a willingness and ability to learn new computer software programs.
