Summary

The Finance Manager assists the Executive Director in running the daily functions of the finance department including financial reporting, maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Responsibilities

· Prepare and present monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.

· Supervise the processing of vendor payments.

· Supervise the processing of accounts receivable in coordination with the Revenue Cycle Manager.

· Prepare all payroll information for the third-party company to process payroll.

· Oversee the preparation of daily deposits

· Assist with internal and external audits of health center programs and projects.

· Assist with grant application and reporting

· Assist with updating and maintaining the organization’s finance policies and procedures

· Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree required.

· Accounting degree required.

· Previous health care experience is preferred but not required.

· The ability to relate effectively to providers, patients, and representative of third-party payers and the ability to work as a “team” member of the CRH staff.

· Must be detail oriented and have organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
