Sample of responsibilities:

• Provide stellar service with integrity, respect and being results-oriented.
• Answer and direct incoming calls on a busy 6 line NEC telephone system.
• Greet clients and visitors with positive, friendly and professional manner.
• Collect and process rent along with other billings.
• General clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing and filing.
• Handle ad hoc tasks requests from management and other staff.

Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong customer/client experience with the ability to handle requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Feels no administrative task is too big or small to take on – goes the extra mile to understand and respond to requests.
