Learning & Development Senior Manager – Columbia Hospitality

As the L&D Senior Manager, you will have an impact on our team members, customers, and property owners. You must have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable moments.
The L&D Senior Manager is responsible for managing and developing asynchronous e-Learning content, as well as training and overseeing an advanced Train-the-Trainer program designed to empower “SuperTrainers” to support Columbia Hospitality’s many diverse properties. The Senior Manager will create and curate e-Learning content and build out online courses in Columbia Hospitality’s Learning Management System. The Learning & Development function is part of Columbia Hospitality’s People & Culture team, so your impact will permeate the entire organization.
