Summary
The Sr.Talent Acquisition Manager at Columbia Distributing coordinates, and oversees all recruitment personnel, activities and new hire processing activities of the organization. This position plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct company-wide recruiting initiatives
• Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of an aligned company-wide recruiting process
• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
• Responsible for the company’s campus recruiting program, including maintaining relationships with colleges and universities, planning and executing outreach and networking events, on campus interviewing, and new hire on-boarding program
• Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and applicant tracking systems and/or other recruiting software to source candidates for open positions
• Establish and oversee recruiting plan and budget
• Responsible for recruiting, staffing and follow up administrative processing for all company positions
• Manage open requisitions and work with team to fill positions in a timely manner
• Create dynamic advertisements and postings to publicize vacant positions
• Ensure recruiting process is consistently adhered to
• Participate in the development and facilitation of recruiting and staffing training programs.
• Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of training program
• Build and maintain relationships with managers and supervisors across the business
• Positively affect turnover rates by establishing and implementing best hiring practices
• Track employee turnover and make recommendations for how to reduce
• Pull monthly analytics for executives
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

This position manages all employees performing recruiting functions and is responsible for the hiring of the employees within that department.

• Build and lead a team of direct reports to successfully align across all functions and geographies
• Coaching and development of direct reports

• Provide performance feedback monthly to direct reports
• Execution of the talent strategy and succession planning within the HR organization

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or four to 5 years’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting role

Preferred Education and Experience

• Professional in HR (PHR), or SHRM (SHRM-CP)
• Experience working with applicant tracking system, preferably ADP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
