Summary
The Sr.Talent Acquisition Manager at Columbia Distributing coordinates, and oversees all recruitment personnel, activities and new hire processing activities of the organization. This position plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

This position manages all employees performing recruiting functions and is responsible for the hiring of the employees within that department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
