Columbia Consulting Group Hiring for Talent Management Associate Job at Remote Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Development and Performance Management:

• Work with Talent Manager to ensure project review requests are generated accurately and timely
• Produce project review reports as requested and support chasing of outstanding reviews
• Help organize calibration meetings during the year end process
• Create and populate meeting folders with relevant performance management documents to support the Career Review process

Recruiting:

• Support aspects of the recruitment cycle: job postings, events on and off campus, resume screening, interviews, offers, and sell efforts.
• Manage all components of Workday, our applicant tracking system, in coordination with the recruiters including: creating applications, processing candidates, uploading interview details and results, and producing reports as needed
• Ensure recruiting databases are up-to-date, including both the campus systems and the applicant tracking system
• Generate and send offer letters and manage the collection of new hire paperwork via Workday
• Assist with the shipping of campus marketing materials
• Process recruiting invoices
• Manage communications with candidates promptly, answering emails and requests as needed by recruiters and candidates
• Coordinate interview days including: scheduling interviewer time, managing room booking, ordering catering, printing and collating interviewer packs, assisting with candidate travel planning, collecting receipts and travel reimbursement request forms from candidates
• Own special projects related to recruiting process improvement as needed

Data, analysis and reporting:

• Maintain accuracy of the talent management system, making updates to reflect weekly staffing decisions
• Coordinate Workday updates for Talent Management related fields
• Generate pre-defined and ad hoc reports
• Assist with reviewing weekly utilization reports, cross reference with Retain to ensure latest information is captured
• Assist with the assembly of the project pipeline and consultant availability reports
• Assist with linking project codes and client pipeline opportunities in the talent management system
• Manage ad hoc analysis on Talent Management activities

Project Staffing:

• Assist in collecting and disseminating information relating to the weekly staffing cycle
• Support talent managers with pulling Specialist bios and project reviews as requested
• Attend weekly staffing meetings
• Track mobility issues, holidays, trainings, background checks and other ad-hoc staffing enabling tasks
• Assist talent managers with staffing transactions specifically as vacation coverage

Oliver Wyman development:

• Participate in special projects as necessary to improve the TM function
• Be a firm citizen and embody Oliver Wyman values in day-to-day activities
• Display a willingness to learn more about OW outside of the TM function by seeking out opportunities for broader involvement

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment
• Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred

Technical Skills:

• Excellent Excel skills, proficient in word and PowerPoint, and propensity to quickly pick up and learn new internal systems (e.g., Retain, CRM, etc)
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting and experience working with a resource management system highly desirable

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
