Columbia Consulting Group Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

This position is for a recognized specialist in Talent Acquisition who reports to the North America Talent Acquisition Leader and supports their team of Talent Acquisition Operating Company Leaders who each have dedicated client groups. This role provides Talent Acquisition critical analytical, tactical, and administrative support which enables the Talent Acquisition organization to move faster through the successful delivery of HR analytics and reporting, project and process management, leadership presentations, and administrative and transactional tasks.

Calling candidates for Health Actuaries, Health Consultants, Government healthcare

This person will be working on sourcing for our Health Benefits business. We are targeting experienced consultants and actuarial consultant. They will be contacting prospects, making introductory calls and updating notes in CRM. The must be comfortable talking to prospects and articulate.
This person will source, contact prospects, enter notes, screen, recruit then hand-off to the TA Consultant with the reqs. Experience around the 2 year mark, not too senior of a person.

Job Profile Description
Researches and sources talent via our database, job boards, networking sites, social media and user groups.
Review resumes for mandatory skills and experiences corresponding to job requirements.
Assesses and judges candidate skills and experiences for minimal qualifications through visual screening process and match to current and potential future openings.
Documents calls in Application Tracking System (ATS); updates any required information including new resume.

· Pulling up lists in CRM; emailing, calling, etc.
· Personal outreach
· Good phone etiquette
· Temp Agency environment would be beneficial

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour
