JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone that wants to help grow this business and be part of our team for a while. We are looking for a very specific person with a specific set of skills and values.

TASKS:
“Details Matter and Spammers never win”

• Help build out our Facebook group as a high-value group where people love to be.

• Projects a professional and consistent image by adhering to the brand’s corporate identity, and standards in every engagement.

• Supports the brand’s objectives by executing “cold direct messages” to deliver an exceptional customer experience and get to know our Instagram community, generate sales inquiries and reach target KPIs.

• Completes standardized scripted and unscripted conversations with the goal of completing a sale for our wellness program

• Initiate & discovering needs: Welcome to our IG Community messages to new/unwelcomed followers.

• Initiate conversations and discovering needs: with accounts that have liked our posts, viewed our stories, commented on our content.

• Initiate follow up messages to previous inquiries from database and track accordingly on checklist.

• Ensure conversations are being tracked in Client database and organizes work and information to ensure accuracy, completeness, quick replies to followers and high priority to sales.

• Conversations are filtered appropriately between Primary and General based on urgency and topic.

• Conversations requiring a response from CEOs are flagged, marked unread, and added to a follow up list in Slack.

• Locate and engage with IG accounts that are young, active and interested in motivating content with the hopes of growing our community with their followers

• Locate and engage with IG accounts with larger followings in the hopes that they will reciprocate and highlight our account or engage back with us

• Ensure daily KPIs are met in regards to outbound messaging, and accounts engaged with. KPIs as of now: Welcome messages (20 new conversations), Convos from Likes (30 new conversations began) etc.

• Ensures every message has an accurate and personalized response within 1 day.

• Ensure every message is read within 12 hours every single day in order to filter sales to the top of the list.

• Ensures every message without a response is flagged if it needs a CEO response.

• Performs initial problem solving within given rules/limits & escalates to higher ups only when required.

• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Candidate has:

Experience providing exceptional customer service/technical support

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Superior customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Positive attitude and diligent work ethic

Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision

Self motivated individual who has a high level of autonomy and the ability to effectively apply discretion in a remote work environment.

Ability to work effectively and comfortably from a remote workplace, including having access to a reliable and secure internet connection or good amount of data with mobile.

• Good at prioritizing tasks/conversations: Some days we will have hundreds of messages and we need to make sure we’re focused on handling the conversations that can build sales first.

Candidate is not:

• Someone who gets tired of listening to others’ problems or concerns.

• Someone who struggles utilizing technology and social media

• Someone who requires a lot of structure and guidance with given tasks — We do not believe in micro managing.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (flexible)

Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
