Outsides Sales Representative

Colorado Springs Winair (The Company), a leading supplier of wholesale HVAC supplies for residential and commercial construction, is seeking qualified candidates for our Outside Sales Representative position.

Outside Sales Representative Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 or greater. Salary for this position is directly linked to the individual’s ability to produce sales. There is NO cap on earning potential through an aggressive sales commission program.
• Profit Sharing: This position will be eligible for the profit-sharing plan determined annually.
• Group Medical Insurance: The Company has available a full family medical insurance plan which includes prescription medication, as well as an optional health savings account. Vision and dental are available at additional low cost through our national plan.
• Vacation: Employees are eligible to accumulate 10 days paid time off per year for the first 5 years of employment. Vacation rollover is available per Colorado State law. At 5 years employment the employee can earn up to 15 days paid vacation.

Outsides Sales Representative Job Summary:

Outside Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads, developing an aggressive sales plan, and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. Must be able to identify new customer prospects, develop sales strategies, set sales objectives, and deliver results in a timely fashion. A deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics are required. Superb interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and previous experience in a similar sales role are required. Wholesale HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required if the candidate is motivated and able to learn new specifications in a timely fashion.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and contract pricing
• Preparing weekly and monthly s
• Giving sales presentations to a range of current and prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Assisting AR in obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and product availability

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Experience in sales
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, team members, and suppliers
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Excel
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass drug tests
• Must have a clean driving record
