Colorado Doorways Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Denver, CO Full Time

Actively involved in the necessary communications between the customer and the salesmen, including field service, deliveries, and communicating information or obtaining answers to questions. Researches product availability. Establishes, communicates, and maintains the orderly flow of fabrication orders through the metal and wood shops; maintains a shop calendar that is published daily; close working relationship with sales, shop foremen, purchasing, and customer service people to coordinate customer requirements, delivery dates, and receipt of material into an orderly and reliable flow of shop work.

• Ability to sit at a desk and use computer the majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to move around the office warehouse to check inventory and communicate with personnel

• Knowledge and prior experience in the door and hardware industry a plus
• Computer skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse, and sometimes irate, individuals and to handle calmly and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency
• Must be able to organize workload and meet deadlines
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, facsimile machines, computers, calculators, phones
