COLONIAL COUNTERTOPS LTD Hiring for Installer Full Time

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the delivery and installation of countertops to client homes, including the installation of other fixtures. This position is a key customer service role.

Colonial Countertops provides company vehicle, fuel and all required tools.

The compensation will be discussed with successful applicants depending on experience and skill set.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport countertops to specified job sites
• Check tops sizes and quality before leaving shop
• Install countertops efficiently and professionally, making sure that all seams are tight and fixtures are properly installed
• Ensure customer’s site is not damaged
• Ensure things are cleaned up well after the installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as required
• Provide the customer with a great service experience
• Work in the laminate shop as required to help produce countertops
• Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines
• Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in construction and/or countertop production industry an asset
• Experience in installations an asset
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to learn and retain information, multi-task and work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs +.
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
