About The Role

At Collins Foods, we’re dedicated to driving our sustainability and ESG targets, which are underpinned by our Positive Impact Strategy, and structured around three key pillars – People and Communities, Planet & Governance. As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering sustainable practices across our organisation, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join our Sustainability team on a six-month (6) contract.

As the Business Analyst – Sustainability you will assume responsibility for supporting the delivery of ESG ing across the Collins Group, including data gathering, analysis and provision of insights. You will champion ESG initiatives and the performance of key sustainability metrics, in addition to supporting the Group ESG & Sustainability Manager with the implementation of ESG policies and initiatives.

In this role, you will take ownership of the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Managing the consolidation of various data points (Energy, Emissions, Waste and Giving).
• Documenting metric design and delivery, including assumptions and gap resolution.
• Managing quality and assurance readiness requirements for market ing.
• Developing design documentation for the integration of source data into corporate data warehouse.
• Support the identification and documentation of process improvements to improve data quality and availability.
• Maintaining initiative workstream updates.

About You

As the Business Analyst – Sustainability you will bring to the role the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrable experience executing projects.
• Experience in creating and delivering ESG ing.
• Sound understanding of Power BI/SQL.
• Ability to work with and process large sets of data.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic and large organisation.
