We are looking for an experienced and dedicated recruitment professional to join the Colliers Engineering and Design team, who specialise in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction. In this newly created role, you will be embedded in the business.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take ownership of growing the Engineering and Design service line whilst also being a key member of the national Colliers People & Performance team. This largely autonomous role will elevate our external employer brand and recruitment experience, delivering full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst providing exceptional service to stakeholders and candidates.

You will operate as a true partner to stakeholders and provide talent market insights to allow them to make the best hiring decisions possible. You will be specialising within civil, infrastructure, engineering, town planning and urban design roles across Victoria & Queensland.

Key to success will be identifying and implementing new technology solutions and opportunities that will enable Colliers to deliver the industry’s best technology platform for both our clients and our people. Providing a great user experience and technology capability that differentiates Colliers will be critical.

You will have:

• Demonstrated recruitment experience ideally a background within Engineering, Design or Project Management. Alternatively, a recruiter with a strong passion in a related field will be considered.
• Highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused with demonstrated experience in managing and delivering recruitment activities.
