What will you be doing:
Talent and Development:
Onboarding:
Coordinate new starter onboarding communications with Managers and new starters.
Lead and deliver weekly HR Basics Induction to new starters at Colliers.
Lead and deliver monthly Corporate Induction to new starters at Colliers, communicating with everyone involved to ensure a smooth start.
Reporting& Administrative tasks/ Preparation of materials
Prepare reporting information on work schedules and budgets for the weekly Ops meeting.
Organise and manage the data input in to the HR System for learning requirements.
Act as the Administrator for psychometric co-ordination: Insights, MBTI, PAPI and EIP.
Gather and collate information for reporting on L&D activity
Prepare reports, presentations and materials for meetings, and workshops.
Coding of incoming invoices for Talent and Development team on internal Finance system.
Coordination of Development programmes
Coordinate attendees attendance at all Colliers development programmes ( REAL, SPARC, GROW, ACTIVATE and Business Development training).
Keep all delegates informed of their expected attendance, pre work requirements and session details.
Arrange and book training courses with external providers.
Coordination of Fusion Events
Coordination of all fusion events including Know your Company, Balance and Business, Myth Busting events,
Producing live fusion events alongside the production team and ensuring successful streaming of the event to other regional offices.
Producing Teams Live events alongside the Talent and Development Consultant .
RICS Corporate Scheme
Coordination of the yearly RICS corporate membership payment process by creating accurate reports and liaising with RICS corporate payment team.
Appraisal and Promotion process
Coordination of biannual promotion process by ensuring accurate data.
Emerging Talent
Lead on coordinating APC Admin.
Updating Emerging Talent tracker with information about all of emerging talent cohorts.
Onboarding new emerging talent graduates and apprentices.
Create regular communication with Emerging Talent graduates and apprentices.
Update counsellor tracker with their competencies.
Planning and executing internal and external Emerging talent events ( Networking, social events, Newly qualified).
Organise counsellors for new Emerging talent graduates ad apprentices.
Prepare content for Quarterly Emerging Talent update calls.
Check-ins with APC candidates before their submission windows and assessment dates.
Lead on designing and running of yearly Emerging Talent Induction for all graduates and Apprentices.
Regularly meeting with APC tutors for all pathways (APC Success and P&BC).
Running Quarterly meeting updates with tutors/ apprenticeship liaison officers for conversion training ( UCEM).
Arrange business training sessions with Talent and Development Consultant.
Arrange technical training such as ARGUS, CoStar & Radius, Financial Modelling.
Provide light touch coaching to all Emerging Talent graduates ad apprentices.
Lead in 1 to 1 development conversations with Managers.
Graduate newsletter.

Additional Information
Previous experience carrying out an administrative role in an HR role is desirable.
