Forming an integral part of the UK HR team and working with the Talent Acquisition division, this role will play a kay part in the Colliers growth plan and talent pipelining initiatives.

As part of our growth, the Talent Acquisition team is seeking a graduate to join and support our ongoing recruitment activities across the UK.

This role will see you working closely with the existing Talent team to help drive recruitment initiatives across the business, as we support the wider growth strategy of Colliers in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand specific resourcing needs to build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through multiple channels.

• Stay up to date with competition intel, senior executive movement and activity in the real estate sector.

• Attending careers fairs and industry events to build your own network and profile.

• Carrying out detailed market mapping of key business areas and presenting these findings via power point.

• Conducting extensive candidate searches across external databases for active requirements and upcoming requirements.

• Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system at all times, screening applications and progressing suitable candidates to interview.

• Creatively sourcing and screening candidates. This can including designing and hosting events by way of example.

• Providing shortlists for interviews for a wide variety of roles.

• Managing offer and on-boarding administration including offer details.

• Gathering Colliers insights from online sources and candidate surveys, also detailing trends and insights via excel and presenting with powerpoint.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Resourcing experience in house or in agency preferred. May suit a graduate looking to pursue a career in recruitment.
• Excellent excel capabilities.

• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

• Experience or interest in property is an advantage.
