Job Description

This presents an enviable opportunity for a Senior Project Sales Agent to join our Residential Project Marketing team.

From our Directors to our on the ground sales team, you will be affiliated with market leaders who are passionate about property and from concept to completion and through a culture of service excellence, you will utilise your proven sales experience and work together with our experts to accelerate success.

The Opportunity

• Working across our high-end projects in Sydney, you will thrive with exposure to top-tier developers, architects and marketing professionals.
• Strong earning potential with extensive pipeline of upcoming projects.
• Develop and maintain network of clients and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage display suites and service leads to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
• Provide sales strategy, pricing and market feedback to the Project Director.
• Negotiate sales terms, variations and offers.
• Meet individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of project marketing and selling off the plan or an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential sales and company tenure could make a successful transition into this role.
• A detailed knowledge of the Sydney residential market and understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan apartments.
• Enjoy working in a truly collaborative environment and contribute to learning and development opportunities across the team.
• Current Real Estate Licence.
