Colliers Hiring for Director at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are seeking a motivated hotels property transaction professional to assist in the origination of national sales campaigns, based out of Sydney.

This role is for an enterprising individual to partner with the Head of Hotels to continue to grow the Colliers brand in this sector. The right individual will be equipped with previous hotels/commercial investment sales experience and we will provide you with the scope, autonomy and development to show the professional value you can truly add. The chosen individual will be supported with the most comprehensive platform available within the CRE space.

Job Description

The scope of the role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining high presence in the marketplace.
• Analysing the sales potential of properties using the standard valuation models.
• Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers.
• Liaising with all internal product lines to ensure information and transfer of opportunities between departments.
• Coordinating marketing & selling of properties including organising advertising, Information Memorandums, videos, photography and site inspections.
• Preparing client progress s on campaigns and attending client meetings.
• Preparing marketing submissions, ensuring brand compliance.
• Developing and implementing sales campaigns for established hotels and new developments under a variety of management structures .

Qualifications

As a Director in our business, you will be responsible for the sale of hotel and tourism properties across Australia . You will need to possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of hotels and the broader hotel and tourism industry as well as a wide network of professional contacts.
