Collective Health Hiring for Recruiting Coordinator (4-6 month contract) Job at Utah Full Time

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will fuel the growth of our company while maintaining the mission-driven culture that binds our current team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional candidate experience across the board while working closely with all teams internally. You will be given the opportunity to work with our hiring teams to add recruiting value across the organization, and will be the backbone of our growing recruiting efforts.

This is a 4-6 month contract position with Collective Health where you will be thoroughly immersed in the world of health tech as well as in-house recruiting at a high-growth startup. Your employment will be through a contracting agency but you will be working for us. As we get closer to the end of the contract, we will have a better idea if this can convert to a permanent role.

Your core responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule all candidate interviews from initial phone screens to final onsite interviews
• Shepherd a first-rate candidate experience for every prospective hire throughout the interview process from communicating with candidates directly to coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruiters when hosting candidates on-site (when our offices open)
• Partner with the Recruiting Team and hiring managers to learn about, prioritize, and execute critical hiring needs
• Effectively manage internal resources and communication around recruitment
• Partner with our People team to deliver the hires that Collective Health needs to scale and accomplish its mission

• Experience scheduling and working within Google Apps and Greenhouse (or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred but not required

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
