The Opportunity
Working closely with James (Director), the role of consultant will focus heavily on market leading candidate delivery across a diverse client base consisting of General Insurers, Brokers, Underwriting Agencies and Third Party Administrators.
Given the start-up nature of the business unit, you will also be engaged in the brand growth and development throughout Australia, offering insight into marketing best practise, innovative advertising and association involvement.
For more experienced Consultants, you will cultivate key client relationships, aswell as identifying new business partnerships inline with our brand values.
The Progression Pathway
Your level of competency, not “years of experience” will determine where you come into the business, however no matter where you start we all have the opportunity to end the same, with Collar offering a purely meritocratic and transparent pathway to Partnership and Equity.
Dependant on your level of experience, we can be flexible on remuneration up to $150,000 + Super.
