Benefits
- $80k – $110k + Commission + Superannuation
- Working hours – Monday to Friday 38/40hrs per week
- Work from home option is available after training period is completed

The role
- Creating business opportunities to increase Collar Group’s growth
- Cold calling prospective clients and arranging interviews
- Actively bringing clients and candidates on board creating long lasting relationships
- Sourcing and phone screening suitable candidates for job vacancies
- Carrying out interviews with candidates
- Advertising job vacancies
- Onboarding successful candidates
- Completing necessary checks for working rights and references
About you
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with proficient use of systems such as JobAdder
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at working as part of a team
- Good problem solving skills
