Collabosaurus is the matchmaking platform for brands. We connect over 8000+ brands such as Marks & Spencer, Jumbled, ABE’s Bagels & Microsoft Surface for clever marketing partnerships & collaborations. We are a small & growing team on the lookout for a full-time Junior Software Engineer to join us in our Northern Beaches (Brookvale) office.

Role

Working alongside our Senior Software Engineer & Founder, the Junior Software Engineering role is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast growing MarTech startup to improve the experience & interaction with Collabosaurus for our user base.

Building upon our .Net C# framework, this role will be responsible for improving the flow & efficiency of existing technical features, as well as building new features to enhance our customer’s experience.

This role requires strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both the marketing & technical teams internally.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and optimising technical infrastructure to improve customer experiences

• Researching, developing, and justifying solutions using our UAT test platform

• Reviewing design documents and code

• Using data and metrics to drive decisions

• Working with the Founder & Senior Software engineer to identify improvements and opportunities

• Efficiently managing agile ‘sprints’ of work within JIRA’s ticketing system

Requirements

• One or more years of software development experience developing .Net applications

• Strong knowledge of C# & Javascript

• Experience using tools such as JIRA (Atlassian), BitBucket, App Store Connect

• Familiarity with CMS Umbraco & web hosting platform Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Strong communication and collaborative skills, both written and verbal
