Real Estate Express and Allied Schools are currently seeking Real Estate Livestream Contract Instructors to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Instructors will teach prelicensing education courses via the livestream modality. This is live, two-way video interaction between instructors and students.

Real Estate Express and Allied Schools will provide the course materials, instructional aides, video communication access, and training! Instructors will bring their experience, passion for training/teaching, and the proper real estate qualifications to obtain state approval, if not already certified. In addition, instructors will be responsible for providing their own equipment to enable them to properly run a successful, livestream course (laptop or desktop computer with a HD camera, microphone, and highly recommended, second monitor).

Our classes are scheduled in the following sessions: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends. The length of the class is dictated based on the number of required hours in each state. Instructors are paid an hourly rate based on the required course clock hours. Hourly rates are determined based on experience.

If hired, instructors are required to sign an Instructor Agreement and an AUP document. Instructors must attend mandatory training sessions and monthly instructor meetings (paid). We also expect instructors to be fully prepared to teach our course content prior to entering the virtual classroom. Since this is a contracted position, no benefits will be provided.

Qualifications for REX and Allied Livestream Contract Instructors:

Required

3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, and/or attorney

An active real estate license (salesperson or broker)

Teaching/training experience in the field of real estate

Desired

Prior experience in real estate prelicensing instruction and/or instructor certification in state of licensure

Livestream teaching experience

DREI and CDEI certifications

Experience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, and/or appraisal for those courses specifically
