Job Purpose:

Finance analyst in the orders to cash process involving deduction management, credit management, collections and cash applications. This involves partnering with the sales, finance and customer service teams to provide timely analysis to support commercial decisions while ensuring controls are in place and maintained. Key functions of the role will include clearing of deductions and accruals, and management of the payment cycle through our SAP system.

This position is about ensuring internal controls are in place and accuracy of information processed and reported. Collaboration across multiple functions is key to achieving the desired outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing early in career finance business partner who is CPA or CA qualified (or working towards these qualifications)

An Ideal candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree
• Has minimum 1 year of experience in a finance role (accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, management accounting, or audit)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other accounting software systems
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has some Commercial finance and/or FMCG experience
• CPA or Chartered Accountants membership or working towards
• Knowledge of gross to net/deduction management and accounts receivables processing, and understanding of impacts on financial statements like the profit & loss statement and balance sheet
• Good analytical skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Suite
