About the role
This role will be required until the end of June 2023, and is a great opportunity for an internal secondment. You will be part of our high performing Retail Leadership Talent Acquisition team who look after recruiting specialist and leadership roles in our retail business across the Coles Group nationally.
We pride ourselves on providing best in class recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have a lot of fun while we do it.
You’ll have previous experience managing high volume end to end recruitment (ideally within a multi-site retail business or similar), working strategically with stakeholders, candidate management and sourcing and be a strong and supportive team player. This role is be best suited to someone who has strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, can work calmly under pressure and possesses a professional work ethic.
This role can either be based in VIC, QLD or NSW for the right candidate.
