Coleman Worldwide Moving Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Woodbridge, VA, United States Full Time

Job Summary :

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling final mile, FF&E projects, distribution, and be the main point of contact between Corporate, Client, and Warehouse / Operations.

Compensation range is $18-$23 / hr depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Functions :

• Handle documentation and communication including but not limited to receiving s, monthly ing of product inventory, billing, and scheduling of deliveries
• Coordinate with Account Manager, Warehouse Personnel, and End User to complete tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Knowledge of company software
• Organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Required Education and Experience :

Required : High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions :

• Strictly office environment
• 90-95% sitting down
• Computer use is prevalent, along with telephone
