Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR assistant to support the HR team with the HR administration work that¿s required to ensure a best in class HR service is provided.
Work will include managing absences, issuing terms and conditions, running reports, updating our HR system, Covid related tasks, processing leavers amongst every other area of HR support that you can imagine. You will work within a team to ensure that you deliver a first-rate HR administration service.
The role will work closely with Payroll, Operational HR and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of first line queries, ensuring service excellence, timely responses and going above and beyond for the customer.
Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability
As you will expect the organisation may change from time to time and you will be expected to meet the operational requirements including fulfilling any other reasonable duties as required.
