Responsibilities :

• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders, e stablish project objectives , procedures , plans, and performance standards for multiple different projects , including firm -wide strategic initiatives as well as acquisition integrations.
• Track, manage , and resolve project issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle .
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align objectives , and implement best practices.
• M anage project progress including t imeline & m ilestone t racking , p roject i ssue & risk t racking , and m eeting coordination .
• Provide regular updates and s to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Formulate s by extracting required data from various sources related to project status, progress, and roadblocks .
• Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gain work with stakeholders to formulate buy-in from groups who may be resistant to change.
• Act as an active and visible coach to team members, including leaders , on project management concepts and processes.
• Collaborate with other members of the Portfolio Success team to enhance the Firms project management process es and methodology.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of five (5) years prior experience in Project Management, with proven success managing multiple functional and / or technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and negotiation skills will be required to drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to make formal presentations to leadership.
• S trong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead internal resources to work together to resolve complex project problems.
• Ability to independently shepherd complex interactions and situations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Sense of urgency to deliver both short-term and long-term results.
• Ability to set clear expectations and hold cross functional teams accountable to all deliverables.
• Ability to handle ambiguous and volatile project requirements.
• Ability to lead teams through influence and collaboration in a matrix organization
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple, simultaneous projects, multiple stakeholders and articulate dependencies and interrelationships.
• Proficiency with various IT systems and software and experience working within technology projects is a plus
• Understanding of different project management styles including agile and waterfall
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
