We are looking for multiple Recruiting Leads to join our dynamic Digital Business Operations Recruiting team.

Responsibilities;

• Manage a full recruiting desk for the Digital Operations area
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, negotiating and rolling out offers and onboarding
• Attend meetings, present reports and make presentations as necessary
• Interact with hiring managers and leadership on a daily basis to understand resource needs
• Work with other internal teams including Workforce Management and HR managers to ensure smooth onboarding of hired resources
• Required skills & experience:
• Full life cycle recruiting experience in the US for 2-5 years
• Experience in high volume recruiting or recruiting for senior/executive roles. Having experience in both is highly desirable.

Requirements;

• 4 year college degree preferred
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent Word Processing, Presentation and Communication skills
• Ability to run meetings and presentations with confidence with Executive stakeholders
• Good knowledge of social and business trends
• Must be social media savvy
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills as well as the ability to quickly understand a requirement and assess candidate fit
• Good salesmanship and negotiation skills
