Job description:

Position Summary:

Cognizant is seeking a Hybris Commerce Developer who can work as team, closely with product owners (product specialist), peer colleagues, and quality specialist to hands-on coding, design, test and architecture to deliver best solutions to our customers.

The applicant should be having strong problem-solving skills, and a creative and resourceful approach to challenge business requirements.

This role requires extensive knowledge in SAP COMMERCE CLOUD platform to support in the Hybris Upgrade activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3 + Years commercial experience in SAP Hybris / commerce
• Experience with SAP Hybris commerce framework and customizing modules
• Good knowledge of Hybris workflow model and business processes
• Experience with complete application development life- cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, and design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Experience in driving development using Agile/ Scrum processes.
• Strong Java background
• Planning, designing, and implementing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being part of one of our product teams, working on different strategic initiatives from initiation, through to discovery, implementation and deployment.
• Leading the technical direction for the platform from design and development perspective by the way of driving key decisions and coordination among the teams.
• Providing timely insights and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate how product/platform capabilities can be leveraged to meet growing business demands.
• Driving a culture of engineering within the team and encouraging technical thought leadership among the teammates
• Responsible to troubleshoot software deployment issues & running post deployment environment readiness checks.
• Able to Consult, analyses, evaluate the changes required in the integration systems as per their new architectural changes.
• Integrate the environment with DevOps pipeline (Azure DevOps) to enable Continuous Integration.
• Ability to manage Project utilizing tools such as Azure/Snow.
• Work with Business Analysts and Test leads in a team oriented, collaborative environment to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
• Participate in all project related meetings, knowledge sessions, etc. and maintain documentation of development to communicate to IT stakeholders, PM, BA, and QA.
• Ability to meet deadlines, deliverables, accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
• Adheres to best practices in code development process.
• Ability to manage customer stakeholders and work in an onsite-offshore model.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• B.Tech in CSE
• Salary Range: >$97,000
