Job summary

At least 1- 2 years experience in Field services

Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems up to Windows 10, PC hardware and configuration including related peripherals.

Strong customer service and problem solving skills including the ability to provide diligent, prompt, and courteous responses to users’ questions or PC issues.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.

Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
