Cognito Motorsports Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Bakersfield, CA Full Time

We have an immediate opening for an on-site Customer Service Representative who is skilled in getting customers what they need and ensuring a quality experience while also performing regular clerical duties in support of our daily order fulfillment process.

Every customer is important to us, and our CSR team are responsible for showing that we care by solving problems and providing customers with timely answers to their questions – the same thoughtful way we want to be treated as customers.

Job Summary:

The CSR serves as the helpful point of contact for all customer inquiries for both dealer and retail channels.

• Field, organize and respond to all incoming email, voicemail, website and help desk customer communications and follow up to ensure they have been taken care of.
• Render immediate assistance by providing customers with information that answers their questions or ensure that they get what they need to resolve their reason for contacting us.
• Log and update customer communications and transaction information in our integrated help desk system.
• Work closely and cooperatively with the collective customer support team, which includes internal technical, fulfillment and accounting staff.
• Escalate appropriate inquiries to technical support or accounting to render effective and timely assistance when required.
• Proactively ensure that no customer’s need for assistance falls through a crack or is overlooked.
• Review automated customer order information for accuracy and intervene to correct information or process issues that interrupt the sales transaction workflow.
• Take satisfaction in mastering your role and earning respect, advancement and job security through your consistent effort and quality work.
