To support our growing organisation, we are now on the hunt for someone to take up the newly created role of Talent Acquisition Partner and join our welcoming team.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive the talent acquisition activities for our organisation, supporting our leaders and ensure we provide a great candidate experience during every step of the process.

Because this is a newly created role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Talent Acquisition space within our organisation and drive our future direction for all candidate attraction and selection activities.

About you

To thrive in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with experience in managing the recruitment of a high volume of roles in a fast paced environment.

You will also need experience in end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to interviewing to establishing and maintaining talent pipelines.

Because this role works so closely with leaders across the organisation, excellent communication skills are a must for this role. You will need to develop strong working relationships and provide consistent advice to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
