About the role

Working in the ANZ financial planning and analysis team and partnering with regional leadership teams, this role makes a difference to the business by enabling data driven insights and managing the financial performance of the region.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly forecasting, analysis, reporting and commentary
• Providing financial and commercial support by partnering with key stakeholders
• Coordination of the annual budgeting process including regional presentation packs
• Variance analysis, tracking of KPI’s and producing regular adhoc management reports
• Proactively reviewing performance and engaging with non-finance stakeholders to identify risk and action opportunities
• Providing commercial support for tenders and projects
• Supporting project managers and administrators with training, understanding the numbers and driving best practice

To be successful in the role you must:

• Have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business, CA/CPA qualified will be highly regarded
• 5+ years’ experience, professional services will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to coherently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• Business partnering and stakeholder management abilities
• Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to navigate commercial scenarios
• Drive and co-ordinate the business forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Have a practical understanding of accounting and project management techniques
• Solid excel skills and an ability to navigate new digital software
