COECO Office Systems is expanding and looking for champions Sales Professionals to continue the 100+ year old tradition of providing a great customer experience.

The position of Digital Document Specialist expands and retains the customer base through account visits, competitive system identification, application selling, account qualification, and equipment demonstrations and training. The position is assisted by a team of specialist in production print products, software solutions engineers, service technicians, field sales managers in order to help maximize success.
COECO Office Systems has partnered with Kyocera, Canon and Xerox to provide the expert training in Sales, software solutions and products. COECO field sales managers provide a continual training focused with emphasis on sales skills, social marketing and communications.
Candidates will need to demonstrate self-discipline to work from home or a COECO Office. Digital Document Specialist can sell the full product line and software solutions. This position provides the full sales process from business development to closing sales and provide continuing customer relations.

Daily tasks include but not limited to:
Prospecting for new business opportunities-this includes, but is not limited to cold calling, in person visits, data mining on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and online research
Performs complex business analyses of customers’ document output and workflow requirements, including total cost of operation (TCO) assessments
Develops proposal and presentation strategies to meet and exceed customers’ requirements and expectations
Achieves revenue and profit growth objectives by utilizing this consultative approach to secure new customers and develop existing accounts
Proactively develops new customer contact through networking and prospecting, review leads, and participates in customers’ strategic planning sessions
Keep current on new product developments, market competition and industry trends-provides feedback as appropriate
Plans and consults within a team-based work environment to coordinate customer-facing activities
Must maintain records in Company CRM of all account activities and prospecting activities
Optimize printer environment of existing accounts
Seeks opportunities to provide solutions to new and existing customers
Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
Manages existing accounts, conduct quarterly business reviews, drives additional sales with existing accounts
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
General working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness.
This is a hybrid role working from the Wilmington office and remotely.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
