We believe coding improves logical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling children to become creators of the future.The Opportunity We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners.You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond.What You’ll Do Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriateInspire curiosity – help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early ageAssess and guide – track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedbackEngage with parents – conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concernsGrow as an educator – participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates✅ What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)Strong programming fundamentals – comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.)Excellent English communication – clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learnersReliable setup – laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps)Good to Have: Teaching experience – prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instructionFamiliarity with K-12 CS education – understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum designGrowth mindset – eagerness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologiesAvailability & Commitment Minimum 50 hours per monthWeekends are key: Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferredFlexible weekday slots – choose hours that work best for youCompensation & Benefits Earn INR 30,000 – 80,000 per monthINR 200-500 per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonusFlexible scheduling – set your own availability in your personal calendarProfessional training – comprehensive onboarding + regular upskilling sessions and teacher development programsRecognition & certificates – earn experience certificates and teaching credentialsBest-in-class tools – our purpose-built online classroom ensures a hassle-free teaching experienceTransparent earnings – clear policies and real-time earning reportsRewards & goodies – top-rated teachers receive exciting rewards and recognition periodically24/7 support – round-the-clock help from the Codingal team whenever you need it❤️ Why Codingal?
