Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter executes, monitors, and evaluates recruitment strategies to ensure Accuserve Solutions is well positioned to attract and retain top talent. Partnering with hiring managers across the organization, this role is responsible for ensuring that Accuserve’s open positions and future workforce projections are filled with “the right people” in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner, while continuously pursuing best practices that will create a sustainable competitive advantage for Accuserve. You will need to be passionate about identifying talent, creating inclusive sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships inside and outside of the organization. This role will support all recruitment needs for all the firm’s business entities and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of People.

Essential Functions

• Engage and partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, products, and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
• Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools.
• Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline, report on metrics and provide recommendations for process & system optimizations.
• Gather market and industry data and communicate insights to help educate leaders on the talent marketplace and trends.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationships management.
• Facilitate behavioral assessment interviewing techniques to eliminate unconscious bias throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs when appropriate.
• Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity, importance, and priority.
• Monitor and guarantee 100% of pre-onboarding requirements are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on recruiting experience across multiple functions, industries and at various levels within an organization. Recruitment experience in the Insurance / TPA industry preferred.
• Experience sourcing talent and placing talent in multiple states
• Previous experience utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter) to recruit
• Prior experience in building or integrating a highly functional applicant tracking system.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Evidence of well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
