Cochrane Dodge is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be hard working, personable individual to bring a positive attitude and valuable efforts to our service team. We are looking for someone to help build long lasting relationships and rapport with our customers as we grow. Service advising is a very social job, customer service and people-skills are extremely desirable assets for this position.

Job Duties:
· Communicate with customers over the phone to ensure their automotive needs are being met
· Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming experience as you check them in for their service appointments
· Demonstrate proficient organizational skills with customer documents in a busy environment
· Write customer appointments, estimates and work orders
· Update said documents as the customers needs change while the vehicle is in our care
· Build trust and rapport with our customers to provide necessary maintenance and repairs
· Demonstrate our core values with each interaction in your day-to-day duties

Certifications Required:
· Class 5 license valid in Alberta
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Prior advisor experience and PBS Systems knowledge is an asset but we are willing to train the right individual
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday day shifts with alternating Saturdays in the future with days in lieu provided
· Full time employment
· No remote work opportunities available
Pay Plan:
· Commission based on gross sold
