Imagine using your experience to help people around the world hear again! Cochlear is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic university student to join on a casual basis (3 days per week) as a People & Culture Intern.
Cochlear has an exciting paid internship opportunity for an undergraduate University Student to join our People & Culture team, based in our Sydney Headquarters. This is a fantastic role which will develop your business acumen whilst working in a global business environment.
As a People & Culture Intern, you will initially join our Global Talent Acquisition Team to provide high quality support throughout the entirety of the recruitment process – from supporting the recruitment strategy to onboarding new employees! You will also be involved in exciting projects across other areas of the People & Culture department, including People Advisory Service (PAS).
This is a brilliant opportunity to build strong working relationships, with the potential for an eventual pathway into supporting other processes within the employee life-cycle.
