Compensation:
$25 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
Answer main office phone line, respond to client inquiries, transfer calls
Greet visitors, collect and manage mails, courier drop-offs, and pick-ups
Manage key drop off and pick up
Upload listing onto MLS system, maintain listings, and process amendments
Document retrievals from MyLTSA and BCOnline
Maintain office supplies inventory
Assist with the transition activities related to the real estate associates
Coordinate bookings of boardrooms and set up for meetings
Support banking and accounting duties
Prepare office and marketing publications
Support real estate associates in administrative tasks
Support management team in administrative tasks
Provide vacation relief for other offices
Qualifications:
Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
Fluent in spoken and written English – Other languages will be an asset
