Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner implements and manages Coke Northeast’s end-to-end recruitment and selection processes and procedures: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, making offers, managing pre-employment testing process, etc. The TA Partner ensures a sufficient volume of qualified talent to meet workforce needs by identifying, developing, and implementing sourcing initiatives as well as ensuring all pre-employment testing is fulfilled. Furthermore, the TA Partner is responsible for working with Hiring Managers and other Coke Northeast leaders to create an employment environment in which we are the employer of choice in our communities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partners with Hiring Managers on all job postings; builds trust-based relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and drive the hiring process
• Uses an applicant tracking program (ATS) to manage the selection and onboarding process; maintains accurate documentation to track recruitment efforts, applicant flow, interviews, pre-employment testing status/completion, hires, candidate “no” management, and other selection and onboarding activities
• Manages end-to-end recruitment, selection, and initial onboarding: creates new positions in our HRIS, opens job requisitions in ATS and posts on hiring boards, evaluates candidates’ resumes based on job descriptions, schedules phone screens, conducts phone screens to evaluate candidates’ ability to meet company expectations, schedules interviews for Hiring Managers, makes job offers to candidates, ensures candidates complete pre-employment testing tasks, works in collaboration with HR Generalists regarding testing results, and communicates candidate disqualification or readiness to start to facility management
• Uses other selection and onboarding tools (software, websites, etc.) to manage process- i.e. background check vendor, job boards, government agency websites, etc.
• Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws/regulations pertaining to selection and onboarding
• Develops and maintains contacts with employment agencies, career centers, education institutions, and other sources of applicants
• Supports Coke Northeast’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent through the building and maintaining of relationship with various communities
• Partners with HR and other members of the Coke Northeast’s community to attract new talent
• Assists HR in the answering of employment questions; is a policy expert
• Other HR duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of related interviewing experience in HR or management (preferred)
• Experience working with and managing an ATS (preferred)
• Willingness/ability to travel within our Coke Northeast region
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Proficient computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to connect with people quickly over the phone and via email
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
