About Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month contract), you will be joining an experienced & fast paced TA team to add further value with our quality of hire initiatives. The role will also work closely with our Senior Manager, TA, P&C business partnering teams locally and will collaborate and partner with our global P&C centres of expertise on occasion supporting relevant projects.
You will be responsible for partnering with the business on their current and future talent requirements, use analytics to predict hiring needs and ensuring that we are attracting unrivalled talent have the talent pools in place to service the needs of the business accurately and at pace. Working aligned with our SLA’s, you will be responsible for executing a best-practice strategic sourcing hiring approach, as you engage diverse talent into our business and manage end-to-end recruitment and provide an unrivalled service to the business. The role is to support our current TA Partners across portfolios and also contribute to local and global projects, where applicable. Your flexibility and growth mindset will be highly regarded!
