Job Overview

The Sr Manager Talent Initiatives and Strategy will play a critical role in attracting and retaining the next generation of diverse servant leaders. This role will have responsibility for developing & implementing a strategy to reach strategic talent pipelines such as military/veterans, educational, technical, and vocational institutions, and future talent pools. This work includes identifying partnerships to reach those talent pools and partnering with business leaders to lead the development and implementation of dynamic talent programs focused on attracting and developing talent for key skilled positions to establish talent pipelines across the company’s franchise territory. This position will also play an important role in the continuous development of the company’s employer brand and EVP.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops & implements a strategy to reach strategic talent pipelines such as military/veterans, educational, technical, and vocational institutions, and future talent pools. Collaborates with integrated talent management partners to build strategic partnerships with external institutions to ensure a continuous and diverse talent pipeline for Talent Development programs. Provides advice, guidance, and direction to key internal customers/contacts across the organization.
• Partners with business and strategic partners to lead the development and implementation of dynamic talent programs to include early career, diversity and military focused on developing talent for key skilled positions to ensure we are capturing the future innovative top talent across the franchise territory. Builds and executes robust talent experiences, processes, and practices that align with organizational culture and business needs. Continuously evaluate all talent programs to assure they are meeting the learning and business goals of the organization.
• Leads the continuous development of the EVP – the company’s brand as an employer of choice through optimization of tools, campaigns, and presence on social/professional digital marketing channels.
• Develops strategic partnerships and drive relationships and networks with professional associations, educational institutions, and others to develop and maintain a talent pipeline in order to achieve results through team efforts.
• Partners and collaborates with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DE & I manager, and communications team to support and deliver CCCI’s Talent Strategy results. Collaborate and build consensus with key internal stakeholders to identify and align business priorities and develop programs such as apprenticeships/academies to support talent needs.
• Leverages strong financial, ing, and analytical acumen to monitor and evaluate programs’ effectiveness, success, and ROI. Leads efforts to design and implement talent development tools, resources, training, and ing for enterprise-wide talent management processes that are agile and easy to use.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
• Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Public Administration
• Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
