WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We have a fixed term opportunity within our Talent Acquisition Team here in North Sydney due to internal career moves of two of our amazing team members.

This role will see you working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Consultant to help them source, screen and select candidates for our frontline roles.

Christmas and summer holidays are approaching, and as the nation’s favourite bottler, this is one of our busiest times of year. When the business is busy, Talent Acquisition is busy getting our frontline workforce in place.

You’ll need to think on your feet in this role so that you are across all open opportunities and ensure that every candidate who applies to Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners (CCEP) is given equal opportunity to all of our available positions.

Above all, you’ll know that you are supported by our whole team and our wider business. Everyone is here to help you and guide you through how the business works and how to navigate our systems and processes.

ABOUT YOU:

You don’t have to have worked in Internal Recruitment before, but you do need to have:

• Ability to manage candidates in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Know how to screen candidate’s effectively to get the right answers
• The ability to understand a job brief and be curious enough to ask more
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer literate with an eye for detail
• Experience of Success
• A good listener, with an empathetic approach to assisting customers
