Mortgage Loan Processor
The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for the processing of a mortgage loan from origination to funding.
They verify and evaluate loan documentation such as debt-to-income ratios, credit reports, credit history, income sources, and property documents to prepare and submit detailed loan applications and loan file packages to the underwriter.
They will be able to close a minimum of 20+ loans per month
Prefer 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or similar role
Knowledge of govt and conventional guidelines
Experience with Encompass software a plus
Great communication skills. Must be a great communicator amongst all parties, especially between the loan officer, borrowers, and realtors.
Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
