Coastal Care is seeking HR Recruiters to join our team of caring professionals at our Nokomis corporate office. We are seeking individuals with excellent computer and telephone skills to recruit the best talent! We are the home of the nurse entrepreneur!
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Experience working in the human resources strongly preferred, healthcare facility experience a plus
- Associate Degree or a combination of related education and experience desired but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Excellent computer skills
- Motivated to achieve goals, works with a sense of urgency and personal responsibility.
- Attentive to detail and ability to perform assignments while following company mission, policies, and procedures
- Google Drive/Apple Products
- Flexible, ability to multi-task and work with changing priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and value a team environment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exhibits behaviors that demonstrate and promote our core values of excellence, goodness, integrity, faithfulness, and teamwork
Positions Available
- Monday – Friday (8am-5pm or 9am- 6pm)
- Tuesday – Saturday (8am-5pm or 9am- 6pm)
- Tuesday- Saturday (3p- 11:30p)
- Monday- Friday (3p-11:30p)
Duties & Responsible
- Prospect Recruiting: actively recruiting new applicants.
- Recruitment: Assisting Applicants through the onboarding process.
- Conducting Telephone Interviews.
